Yes, all electronics sold by Protech Projection Systems are brand new and include the full original manufacturer warranty. Warranty periods typically range from 1 to 3 years depending on the brand and model.
Can I return a projector if it doesn't meet my brightness requirements?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in original, unopened condition. If a projector has been opened and used, a restocking fee may apply. We recommend consulting with our experts before purchase to ensure the lumens and throw ratio match your environment.
Do you offer technical support for installation and setup?
Absolutely. Our team provides complimentary remote technical support for all hardware purchased through our store. For complex commercial integrations, we can also provide documentation and guidance for your local installers.
