At Protech Projection Systems, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance equipment, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most electronic components and projection hardware. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Request an RMA Number
Contact our support team with your order details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for processing.
- 2.Pack Your Equipment
Securely place the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, remotes, and manuals to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the return label and RMA number clearly on the outer shipping box and send the package to our designated technical inspection facility.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
